REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE PARFUMTOI.COM

This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between:

  • The Customer: Any person wishing to make a purchase via the website parfumtoi.com.
  • The Seller: The company Politov Denys (Denys Politov), registered office: Brännbergsgatan 2, 94143 Piteå, Sweden. Organization number: 720473-1736. VAT number: SE302461692601.

1. ORDERS

The customer selects products from the electronic catalog and validates the order following the on-screen instructions. Validation of the order constitutes an agreement to these Regulations.

2. PRICES AND CURRENCY

  • All prices are indicated in Euro (EUR).
  • The applicable price is the one shown at the time of order validation.
  • Customs and Duties: For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Switzerland, UK), the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

3. DELIVERY

  • Worldwide Shipping: We deliver to the EU, Switzerland, North America, and other international destinations.
  • Timeline: Order preparation takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 14 business days depending on the region. International deliveries may take longer due to customs procedures.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via professional couriers (e.g., GLS, UPS, or PostNord) at a flat rate of 14.55 Euro, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

4. RESERVATIONS AND DAMAGE

The customer must inspect the parcel upon delivery. In the event of visible damage, the customer should ideally make a reservation with the courier. Please inform parfumtoi.com of any damaged or missing items within 3 business days of receipt to allow us to process a claim with the carrier.

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Parfumtoi.com strives to provide the most accurate descriptions and photos provided by manufacturers. If a product does not match the description, the customer is entitled to the rights provided by statutory warranty laws.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

  • 14-Day Return Policy: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods.
  • Hygiene Exceptions: In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic and perfumery products if the original seal or protective packaging has been broken after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels intact, and free from any odors or damage.
  • Return Costs: The cost of returning the goods is the sole responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Refund: We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.

7. AVAILABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Parfumtoi.com will endeavor to fulfill all orders. However, we are not liable for delays or unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, or global logistics disruptions.

8. PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, and PayPal. The goods remain the property of Denpoli (Denys Politov) until full payment is received.

9. DATA PROTECTION

We process your data in accordance with the GDPR. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information. Cookies are used solely for the functionality of the shopping cart and site performance.

10. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

  • In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to reach an amicable solution.
  • Governing Law: These Regulations are governed by the laws of Sweden.
  • Consumer Rights: EU customers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

  • Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sweden or the customer's country of residence in accordance with EU regulations.
