Keune Color Ultimate Blonde Lifting Powder is a high-performance lightening powder that provides up to 9 levels of lift, delivering precise and controlled blonding results.
• Dust-free formula for clean and easy application.
• Enriched with conditioning agents to protect and nourish hair during the lightening process.
• Ideal for achieving beautiful blonde shades with minimal damage.
Using a 1:1.5 ratio, mix 50g of UB Cream Blonde to 75g of Tinta Cream Developer 3/6/9% (10/20/30V). Apply to dry hair using desired technique. Allow to process for up to 50 minutes. When processing time is completed, add warm water and rinse thoroughly.
